"Furniture ORIGINS" is a collaboration project between NAFA and King Mongkut University of Technology. In this opportunity, NAFA students from Furniture and Spatial are working together with KMUTT Students in a group. The project kicked off in Thailand with a seven days workshop in November 2016, including site visits and ideation in designs.  

FLEX Dining Chair is inspired by the different sitting position and postures, this dining chair has an unfamiliar look with a contextual purpose behind it. This dining chair is designed as a summary of sitting positions and gestures captured in our daily activities. The asymmetrical shape of the back support and armrest are intended to be part of the design, which enables the user to have more possibilities of sitting position.

All users are allowed people to in their very own movements in sitting experience and allow them for seating for a longer time.
